  • How and why we use that information
  • How we retain your information and keep it secure

You can choose to see any doctor in the practice, but we recommend that you see the same doctor where possible, as we believe this leads to improved care for you.

Urgent Appointments

Patients who feel they have a medically urgent problem should phone reception. Reception is authorised by the doctors to obtain basic information about the reason for the request in order to allow them to prioritise care appropriately.

Interpreting Services

Interpreting services can be arranged via reception. Please ask in advance of your appointment.

Telephoning the Surgery

If you wish to speak to a doctor, nurse practitioner or a practice nurse please contact reception and leave your telephone number. Your telephone call will be returned - but please be aware that messages which could potentially breach patient confidentiality will not be left on answerphone machines/voicemail.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
